India won the 1st ODI on the last ball and there was no big contribution from any player but useful play from the entire team. But main worry isIndia’s bowling as only Jadeja got some respect.
The South Africans would no doubt have debated these ifs and buts after that game. Dale Steyn and Wayne Parnell scripted a near-Houdini act but it couldn't hide what was otherwise an unflattering batting performance, Jacques Kallis excepted.
South Africa without Graem Smith is looking weak in batting and middle order is totally out of form including Duminy, deVilliers except kallis. Parnell and Steyn batted well in the 1st ODI and took the match to last ball.
